This is committing the appeal to faith fallacy. It commits this fallacy because it brings up God, which not all believe in and it simply appeals to faith. A speech that commits so many fallacies can still be so effective and famous simply because of the person presenting the speech. For example, if a regular everyday person presented this speech, it would not be as effective. People tend to not listen to the actual facts when someone they idolize or don't even like but are famous is presenting the speech.
