Duck and cover

The overt message is to duck and cover. The covert message is we are under attack. At this time period, atomic bombs were expected to happen. This is persuasion because it is obviously enforcing you to duck and cover when you see a flash, or else you will be severely harmed. They don't say what will happen or the fact that you probably won't survive anyways though.
